Since its founding in 1999, Alticast has developed a global standard of excellence for broadcasting software and
has provided solutions to satellite, cable and IPTV markets. Based on this competitiveness, we have grown as a
global corporation, supplying various media solutions all around the world including North America, Europe and Asia.

With OTT services initiating a paradigm shift of the broadcast industry, there is an opportunity for us to secure new
customers in the market. The VOD consumption pattern has also changed due to the collapse of boundaries between
broadcasting and telecommunications followed by intense competition among service providers. Consumers are now
paying for VOD using various connected devices such as mobile phones, tablet PCs, etc. This serves as proof that
new broadcast software solutions are required to satisfy customers’ needs.

Consumer expectations for next generation TV viewing experiences have motivated competitors to develop

Alticast Privacy Statement

GENERAL

Alticast may collect your personal data when you visit an Alticast office or website, order or purchase Alticast products or services or when you contact Alticast. This Privacy Statement applies to the collection and handling of the personal data of (potential) visitors to Alticast and users of the Alticast website ("Customers").

THE FIVE PRIVACY PRINCIPLES OF ALTICAST

The Alticast Privacy Principles reflect how we handle data protection and privacy.

Alticast has many years of experience with developing end-to-end media technology solutions that enable service providers to quickly and reliably deliver innovative TV experiences to their customers. We comply with strict statutory regulations. This means that we are legally required to process and store personal data. We are open and clear about this in our privacy statement.
2. Alticast uses strict rules for processing personal data, and we regularly evaluate the functioning of the rules. We process personal data that is relevant and necessary to give customers a wonderful customer experience and to be a good employer for our staff.
3. Alticast has taken appropriate organisational and technical security measures for dealing with the personal data of customers and employees. Only people with the correct level of authorisation are able to access personal data. If we engage external parties, we only do so once we have made solid agreements about the safe processing of personal data. We take measures to prevent data breaches, but should these occur, we inform the parties concerned and the regulatory authority when necessary.

When you unsubscribe to commercial communications from us, we will remove you from the mailing list as quickly as possible. This normally occurs within 1-3 working days. Because of the processing time and production schedules, you may receive the communications that were already in production.
